Stafford Timberland provides funds management and advisory services to institutions seeking global timberland exposure. This is achieved through pooled investment vehicles and co-investment opportunities in transactions that on occasion are larger than the capacity of the primary fund.
Our pooled funds aim to develop diversified global portfolios of timberland assets and are actively managed to take advantage of developing market trends. We currently manage investments in the US, Canada, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Central America, New Zealand and Australia.

Traditional Timberland Investments
Stafford has developed a track record of providing timberland exposure to its clients through diverse investment opportunities:
by providing liquidity to Limited Partners in existing timberland funds through the secondary market,
as an additional source of equity for timberland managers through co-investment opportunities, and
as a source of equity for new timberland funds.
