Sustainability Committee

Stafford’s Sustainability Committee is entrusted with overseeing the implementation of our RI policy and has a direct link to both the Executive Management Board and the Investment Committee of each business line. A dedicated ESG Director chairs the Committee and coordinates ESG activities across service lines.

Members of the Sustainability Committee are sourced across our business and service lines and have diverse backgrounds and responsibilities within the firm. Among others, the Committee:

  • maintains, reviews and oversees the implementation of Stafford’s Responsible Investment policy,

  • manages and oversee the implementation of Stafford’s sensitive business case process,

  • raises awareness and educates Stafford staff of ESG developments,

  • reports on our performance against the Principles for Responsible Investment,

  • engages with investor groups, industry bodies and other ESG-related initiatives to help bolster industry-wide sustainability and responsible investment practices.
