Yughues joined Stafford as an Investment Associate based in Brazil and is responsible for investor relations, industry research, asset due diligence, and the monitoring of investment performance with a focus on Latin America.

Previously Yughues worked for TTG/BTG from coordinating the planting of seedlings in the field to performing internal valuations. In total, holds over 15 years of experience working in forest management and consulting.

He also holds Bachelor's degrees in Forestry, Business Management, and Project Management from Universidade Federal do Paraná, FAE Business School, and FGV.
