Stafford holds first close of Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund IV (“SISF IV”) at EUR 153m

Stafford Capital Partners Limited (“Stafford”) is pleased to announce a first close of EUR 153 million for Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund IV (“SISF IV”), its fourth infrastructure fund.

SISF IV builds on Stafford’s 6 years of infrastructure investing and is a continuation of the group’s strategy of acquiring secondary positions in existing infrastructure funds with a focus on accessing high quality core infrastructure assets. The first close welcomes 8 institutional investors across Europe and the US.

William Greene, Stafford Infrastructure Partner said: “We are very thankful for the support from both existing and new investors who appreciate the resilience of the asset class, particularly amidst these challenging times, as well as Stafford’s differentiated strategy of generating discounted access to yielding core infrastructure assets. We have developed a robust pipeline of deals at various stages of review and we look forward to imminently deploying capital on behalf of SISF IV investors.”

Stafford Infrastructure now has over USD 1 billion in AUM, with exposure to approximately 300 global infrastructure assets primarily located in OECD countries across a diversified sector base.
