Stafford Capital Partners appoints Lauren Masson as Chief Finance Officer
London, 21 January 2025 – Stafford Capital Partners (“Stafford”), a leading international private markets investment and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Masson as Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Lauren joins with over 15 years of experience in financial services and investment management and will be responsible for leading Stafford’s financial strategy and operations, reporting directly to CEO Angus Whiteley.
Prior to joining Stafford, Lauren served as the Real Assets Finance Director at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM). In this role Lauren was a member of LGIM’s Real Assets Management and Executive Committees and led the transformation of LGIM’s finance operations, including cost reduction efforts, and implementing robust controls to meet institutional investor requirements.
Lauren also held senior positions at Deloitte UK, including Director in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice. Her work focused on private equity, venture capital, and asset management clients, delivering governance reviews, risk assessments, and providing valuation expertise.
